NATURAL THERAPY: Sustainable healing directly from nature

Advanced manual therapy to improve spinal alignment and relieve pressure on the intervertebral discs and surrounding tissues that may be a major cause of pain, while enhancing mobility and increasing flexibility of the spine.

Treatment and rehabilitation of disc problems and low back pain

Improving blood flow and rebalancing head and neck muscles can alter the course of chronic headaches. Techniques applied to the skull and cervical vertebrae relieve nerve and blood vessel pressure, helping restore balance. This reduces the frequency and severity of headaches.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you're experiencing chronic or acute pain that does not improve with rest, or if you notice difficulty in movement or performing your daily activities, it’s time to visit the clinic.

Signs that tell you to visit the clinic may include:

  • Persistent back or neck pain.
  • Sports injuries or post-accident issues.
  • Joint stiffness or muscle weakness.
  • Numbness or tingling in the limbs.
  • Recurrent headaches or posture-related pain.
  • Delayed recovery after surgery.

The body always gives signals when something is wrong.

These signals are not always severe pain that prevents sleep or movement – they can be mild discomfort, serving as early warnings.

Listen to your body and don’t ignore it. Early assessment helps diagnose the problem accurately and prevents it from worsening, allowing you to return to your normal life quickly.

Sometimes what you’re experiencing may only require minimal intervention. Reassure yourself early.

Physical therapy focuses on reducing pain and restoring functional movement and rehabilitation through exercises and therapeutic tools.

Osteopathy takes a more holistic view of the body. It uses advanced manual therapy to correct muscle and bone imbalances, stimulate the nervous system, improve circulation, enhance digestive function, and restore overall body harmony.

No, treatment is always tailored to the patient’s preferences regarding specific techniques.

For example, some patients may not prefer Joints Manipulation techniques. In such cases, Manipulation techniques are excluded from the plan and replaced with alternative techniques that achieve the same therapeutic goals.

The same applies to the use of dry needling or other methods.

It depends on the case.

If osteopathy is required, the treatment plan will be designed accordingly.

In most cases, I combine physical therapy techniques with osteopathic methods to create a tailored approach that suits each case individually.

Typically, no two conditions are treated with identical techniques – every plan is customized based on the details of the case.

Imaging results are not always necessary before the first session, while it's recommended to bring it if exist.

Each treatment plan starts with a comprehensive assessment that includes:

  • A detailed medical history to understand potential causes of your condition.
  • A precise physical examination to identify areas of pain, its source, and movement restrictions.

Based on the evaluation, a tailored treatment plan is developed, incorporating:

  • Osteopathic techniques.
  • Advanced Manual Therapy techniques.
  • Customized therapeutic exercises.
  • Kinesiology taping.
  • Dry needling when needed.
  • Joints Manipulation when necessary.

All treatment options are subject to the patient’s comfort and willingness to receive them.

The number of sessions varies depending on each patient’s condition. Some may notice improvement after 2 to 3 sessions, while chronic or complex cases may require a longer treatment plan ranging from 6 to 12 sessions.

The treatment plan and the suggested number of sessions are always discussed after the initial assessment.
